Replace washers on dripping taps - one outdoors in garden & one onside bathroom (need to supply washers)

New taps have been replaced , need someone to inspect to make sure job was done properly and fix it not. Just moved in and want to make sure all is ok.

Beats Studio3 inner left plastic casing has cracked, and impacted internal wire, with sound from left ear now intermittent as cracked casing moves.

IKEA Mandal bed frame is currently assembled in basement carpark. The task involves: -Taking it apart into pieces that can be carried up 2 floors (lower ground to 1st floor) -Carry the pieces up to 1st floor apartment -Reassemble bed -Attach headboard to wall Drawers and headboard are already upstairs in the apartment. Need to freshen up this deck with a pressure clean, light sand and stain the deck before we fix the garden on the 19th. Need to supply gear but we do have a pressure cleaner if you have a hose. I will get the stain. Removal of Weeping Cherry Tree and stumps.

We need 2 mixer taps and one three hole set changed in an apartment in Hawthorn East All bench mounted with good access. The Exsisting and new taps are attached in the images... There is also a kitchen mixer not shown in the images.

I need a couple of outdoor (but undercover) cabinets built. One for either side of the BBQ/wok/sink modules shown in the picture. I'm open to benchtop ideas that suit. Also, the wall has water/gas connections available so any help connecting those would also be handy, otherwise I can just grab a plumber separately. ($100 just picked, obviously its going to be a bit more than that!)

Check and repair on/off switch

One earphone on my bose qc35 mkII has no audio coming out from it, button on the non-working side still works, but no audio comes from it

Ps4 was working fine. Now no picture. I tried different hdmi cords but diddnt fix it. I think it is the connection on the ps4 as it was knocked.
