Change washers on 2 taps on shower wall and I have the washers

The first blind will not roll up when the cord is pulled. It goes up a little when force is applied (It feels like it will break if I pull hard). It does roll down. It is in a difficult position above the kitchen sink. The second blind rolls down unless a clip is placed on the chain.

Rinnai continuous hot water system. B16. 7 years old. No hot water. Makes a clicking sound in unit when hot water activated. Rinnai phone tech says it’s probably a water flow issue. Not enough pressure to fire up the system or there’s a problem with the inhibitor on the unit. Unit was fine until we turned water off to replace meter box handle (no inhibitor in new handle). Unit hasn’t fired back up. Second photo could potentially be the problem Second job. Install bath taps and shower mixer that’s partly installed already shower mixer head already on it’s just the shower head. Have all the parts for that

My controllers are not connecting to the console.

Place 6 rat traps in the roof space (and check them a few days later). The manhole is small (300mm x 500mm) so this is not a job for a big person. You’ll need to know how to move about safely inside a roof without damaging the ceilings and air con unit etc. The roof is pitched but the traps need to be placed under the flat section of roofing at the rear of the house.

Shower and bathroom taps leaking water. Also taps must be tightened extensively to stop/slow down leaks. Would like all four taps to receive new washers.

Hi Taskers, probably a fairly easy one if you know what you’re doing and have the right tools. I’ve just purchase a bunch of new taps, towel rails and one new shower head and now need them fitted. Ideally today (Saturday) if someone is free to come to Carnegie today. I think for an experienced person, this task will take around 1.5 - 2hrs. Looking for a handyman or plumber with experience who can work out why the cistern keeps filling for no apparent reason in our ensuite bathroom toilet. We have to turn the tap off to stop the water running. Before flushing we turn the water back on. Does it need some kind of replacement parts or kit? Please see photos attached. If any parts are needed, please just provide a receipt or tax invoice and we will pay extra for this.
