Looking for someone to repair some steps: 1. Demolish, remove, and dispose of old steps - 12 sleepers, approx 70 tiles, concrete base under tiles 2. Replacement steps in similar layout but correcting the risers to all be between 175-180mm and levelling out the top going. And approx 400mm landing at top towards footpath, bit of topsoil and turf. Value materials- timber sleepers, dark tiles to match the burgundy paint on the gutter/balustrades. 3. Remove waste building materials. Current steps as per attached photos and dimensions below. "Materials: - Tiles 330x330mm, 7 wide at bottom (width ~2350), 6.7 wide at top (width 2260) - Timber sleepers (8) 200x50; sides at bottom 2904, top 2370 (1770 to top sleeper) Risers from bottom sleeper up: top stairs 180, 190, 190, 190, 200, 190, 210, 190 (total height ~1550) Goings generally about 400 (330+50+20); except for top two as 800 and 820 (total depth ~4000) Distance from landing to footpath 2300, and right hand side is ~150 higher "
