Find a local electronics repairer in Doubleview

I dislike the type of trees out the front of my house and wish to plant something else. I want the trees removed with stumps, enough so I can do replanting of a different variety of small tree. The smaller garden bed has some roses and other small plants I want out too. So completely clear both garden beds ready for planting. Must take away all waste and not damage pavers.

Replace existing mixer tap in kitchen, laundry and bathroom. (3taps in total)

Internal door keeps getting stuck in closed position and requires significant force to open. Seems to catch on the top half of the non-hinge side. Suspect the top hinge needs replacing. Doorframe is metal.

I have purchased a set of taps to replace the current tap set in a bathroom basin. Old taps are corroded but functional.

I have 2 ghd irons - 1. A very old model - but ive been told can be fixed. It is the 4.2B version Has a slide switch. Still heats up - just beaps and randomly goes on and off. 2. I need two handrails installed (one on either side of the steps) to provide mobility support for my elderly mum at the front steps to her house in Innaloo, There are only two steps, so only need short handrails. There are a few chips in the wall left behind after living there a year. Things like hanging hooks etc just need a tidy up so the tenant in there now doesn’t have it come out of her bond. Thanks!
