I would like these gaps closed: I am not sure whether silicone would work as there is nothing to support it when used for these gaps. Require a licensed plumber to fix two leaking taps in the shower (cold water only, even after heavy tightening it still leaks) and put a permanent fix I the laundry sink for washing machine drainage hose. You will need to drill the sink hole in and install the appropriate piping to the existing sink pipe as shown in the pic. See pics for both jobs, it is an old style house with individual hot and cold taps. Bonus work available: replace washers in 6 non-leaking taps. Put how much you charge per tap in your offer. Also create threading on outside tap so a standard garden hose can be screwed onto it.
