Replace three garden taps (one front, two back). They’re old, different sizes and leak. I’d like to run garden hoses for watering plants, and one sprinkler-timer for grass.

Need a plumber to fix a leaking shower tap and kitchen tap.

Upon starting my Simpson 7kg EZI sensor front load washing machine, it makes the lock sound but then it gets stuck. I have entered diagnostic mode couple times using YouTube instructions and found E54 error, I cleared the error, let it run in ELEC mode and then after it stops, the cycle runs, but it's not consistent and would like to get it fixed.

Shower tap is needing force to turn on and off. Knob is sheared and turning around and around eventually catches. Have purchased replacement tap set. Mondella chrome ceramic disc wall top assembly. Same as being replaced. Don’t have tools to do it myself.

I have 12 tassy oak table tops 450x 400 that need to be sanded back and coated with 3 coats of matt polyurethane finish. I will provide the paint. The task needs to be done in 3 stages and can be done in your own time and offsite..
