Remove small palm tree stumps (max 10cm in diameter each) in 2 locations at the front of the house.

I dislike the type of trees out the front of my house and wish to plant something else. I want the trees removed with stumps, enough so I can do replanting of a different variety of small tree. The smaller garden bed has some roses and other small plants I want out too. So completely clear both garden beds ready for planting. Must take away all waste and not damage pavers.
