Some simple paster touch-ups on walls including two ot three minor holes

1. Lock on external door is temperamental, requiring handle to be positioned just so to lock. 2. Small wall touch ups where frames have been hung. 3. Disconnect washing machine 4. Deconstruct queen IKEA bed

External shutter on upstairs window was removed and then refitted when we had our weatherboards replaced. We've since discovered two problems: 1) The frame of the shutter has been put back higher than it should be, this stops us from opening the window 2) The roller is stuck in the closed position and will not open. I can hear the motor trying but there's no movement. The external window/shutter is located on the first floor of a townhouse, access via ladder. Note roof is tiled so caution is required.

Two shower taps and outdoor tap require a new washer each. I can supply the washer.

My Denon amp/receiver (DRA-F101) that connects my record player and plays via Bluetooth has started making a very loud very alien noise. I've tried turning it off many times and changing settings. I suspect some water got in from a pot plant nearby. It's really loud and I'd just love an expert to assess it and either fix it or determine if it’s not worth fixing.

I have 2 trees which I would like the tops trimmed. They are small trees and have soft foliage, not like gum trees. I think a large hedge trimmer could work ok. The trees are approx 3 - 4 m high. See pics

Two medium sized tree stumps with good access. You’ll need tools for these. And two small tree stumps down the side of the house. You can use strength for these.

I currently only have audio coming out of the left can of my headphones (Beyerdynamic DT770 Pros). I had the jack replaced a couple of years ago so I am assuming it's a similar sort of issue. Happy to chat date/budget! Let me know if you need any more info. Happy to drop them off to be fixed.

I have a dryer to mount on the wall in the laundry; also a washing machine that needs to be connected to the taps. We have the taps. Do not have the wall mounts. The dryer has hooks, needs to be mounted on little rods

Need some paint touch ups around the house from plastering and other misc bits. Paint provided. Get what you can done for 4 hours can extend if more to do. More small bits than in pics

Assemble a two door Kleppstad IKEA wardrobe and put the doors on an already assembled 3 door Kleppstad wardrobe

- remove 12 pear trees - remove 4 ficus trees - remove 15 small magnolia trees - pull out about 15 lineal mts of small box hedge plants (each approx 50 cms high) - grind / remove stumps of removed trees- - Remove all removed material from site. We also have an old water feature I want to get rid of - If you'd be up for taking this away too make me an offer for it :) Its a square shape - approx 1.5 m d x 1.5 m w x 60 cm d - its in the picute of the ficus hedge, a bit difficult to see clearly.

I’ve got a pair of Onkyo GX-3 speakers and I’d like to know what amplifier would be compatible/how easy it would be to get them working (if possible at all!) - can you let me know what amp to get? - can you wire up the speakers once I purchase the amp?

I have two lamps I quite like that don't work - one (black one) the wiring of the switch (a floor switch) seems to need repairing (it has been super temperamental since I got it and it's now just stopped working), and the other I got deconstructed from a friend who said it needs re-wiring. I like the way it looks and I'd like to know if it's an easy fix! Photos attached, happy to send more. At the end of the day if it's too much I'll just get rid of them. Looking for a cheap fix-it-job.

2 x yucca stumps at the front of our house. They've been poisoned about 3 months ago. Want them removed so we can turn this into a garden bed eventually. Noting that stumps are near a gas meter so extra care to be taken
