My dog has scratched the wall causing chips in the wall as well as chipped some wood lining the floor. Need to fix crack in the wall and repaint.

1. The mattress has collapsed onto the bed frame. I need to find out if it can be repaired or not. 2. I want some palings to be attached to a small new fence and gate. A circular saw will be needed to cut around the latch.

Replace two taps for washing machine in laundry cabinet. The thread seems to be broken on the cold so we cannot turn the water on and off. Both taps are poor quality so best to replace them both with something better - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 28 April 2023

We have replaced our floors & all skirting boards we’re taken off and put back on. Hence we need them gap filled & touched up (not fully painted) It’s a 2 bed apartment so it’s about 50 linear metres all the way around bedrooms, living room etc… We also have a new interior door that will need priming & 2 coats. Would prefer an hourly rate over fixed price. - Due date: Flexible. Ideally in the next few weeks.

Detach kitchen cupboards and benchtops (see pics). We have a crew to do the lifting and carrying. Kitchen size:L 3m X W 2.5m X H 2.5m. Cupboards size: 80cm X 30 X 30 Broom cupboard: 250cm X 50 X 60. Estimated less than 4 hour task.
