Re paint federation stairs, repaint ~ 8m of skirting boards and 3 X door skirting. Clean walls and touch up 3 x bedrooms and hallway.

Have some holes in wall from art work and mirror that needs to be filled just two walls not a large amount of holes.

My modern dog door to be completed. Door is already in place, just needs final adjusting and final steps. Door sometimes locks, other times does not, just needs adjusting on the lock. This job should be less than 10 minutes of work.

I am after one person to help me carry a chest of drawers upstairs to a bedroom. The chest of drawers weighs around 80-100kg and will need to be carried round a corner at the bottom of the staircase. The job should take less than 5 to 10 mins. Please see pics attached.

Old stone staircase needs repair and new pavers

Disassemble 2 x IKEA Pax wardrobes (100cm wide), and reassemble in bedroom upstairs. Doors were removed for moving yesterday, but the wardrobes wouldn’t fit up the narrow terrace stairs. Also disassemble simple bed frame and assemble in correct bedroom.

Two light fixtures have come loose and made a hole in the wall. The wall will need to be patched as gyprock has ripped then light fixtures will need to be remounted. Also paint touch ups around the store needed - have the names of paint required.

The washer dryer was installed in the apartment and it seems to be vibrating. We do not have the tools to level it. It might need to be taken out, levelled and then put back in. Someone who has experience should take less than 30 mins to do this task. It is a new washer-dryer. Need someone who can fix the issue. Open to times as I know it is a small task and could be done when you are in the area.

Hello taskers! I am after a car painter to do some touch ups to my hilux for sale. It has a lot of the standard scratches from work ect (see in photos) the colour is dark grey. I am after a professional and good job. I have no idea how much this will cost and I understand the task will not cost $5 so I am encouraging you to put your offers in. I have attached photos of some of the marks but this is not all.

Two existing taps need replacing (I have taps ready to go) and new fridge needs attaching to existing piping and tap behind fridge.

Need about 10 picture frame hole filled and painted over ( end of lease)

The balcony is about 30 metres square in size and is tiled with 30 cm square ceramic tiles. I assume the easiest way to clean these will be with a pressure cleaner with a patio head. Access via lift to building 5th floor then internal staircase of 16 steps. There is unrestricted street parking outside our building but this is often taken. The building has some visitor parking with garage height limit of 2 metres. I cannot reserve the parking.

Tile a well- prepared concrete step approx 2x1.5m, including two risers. Step is not square-edged so multiple cuts are needed. I have plenty of tiles (same pattern ans top area). You will need to provide adhesive and grout. The upper riser has been rendered which will need removing and preparing. I’m not sure but one row of the tiles might need to be removed to make the riser work - please advise after inspection, and I’m happy to discuss best options and the price for this. Upper area approx 5m2 also needs grouting. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 31 January 2024
