Kitchen sink water leaking and need someone who can fix it

I require a qualified & licensed electrician (electronics engineering training is desirable) to assist with the following jobs: 1. Installation of a 20A GPO, replacing a twin outlet 10A rated GPO. 2. Converting a rewireable 20A rated cable on an appliance which currently has a North American NEMA L6-20P plug into a 20A rated 3 pin Australian plug that with fit the 20A GPO. 3. Reviewing a broken appliance which likely has a power supply issue and determining whether repairs can be made and whether the tasker is suitably experienced to make such repairs. Background: Work is to take place in a unit in an apartment building. The unit has 20A rated RCBO's installed for all GPO outlet circuits. I have an appliance that receives input AC power through a 20A rated cable and has a PSU rated for 110-240V 50/60Hz, single phase. I therefore need a 20A GPO installed (replacing an existing twin 10A rated GPO) and the NEMA rewireable plug replaced with a 20A rated Australian GPO plug (not a 3/5 pin industrial connector, typically used for 3 phase supplies). The appliance supplies power to a roughing pump and the two devices collectively will draw about 12A max. As I understand it, so long as all the other devices on the same circuit draw under 20A the RCBO won't trip and this installation will be fine. The second part of the job is to investigate one component of this appliance stack which partially powers on (as determined by the AC transformer humming) but which does not turn on when the power button at the front is held down. The issue could either be a problem with the AC transformer or the main motherboard. I would like the tasker to investigate and determine whether they think they can identify and fix the problem and to provide a quote for the additional work. The budget in this listing is for the first two tasks only. If the tasker can complete the third task, I will ask for a quote for the work and pay privately.

Drippping/ Leaking taps. One bathroom sink and one shower need to be fixed.

Touch ups (Filling gaps PLUS Snowy Mountain half paint on top) needed at places highlighted in the photos. Couple of places, tape was taken off. Couple of places, screws were take off. I will supply the paint, paint tray, roller and the roller stick. I have attached the plan photo and one side of each yellow marked wall needs to be painted. These walls paints will cover the patch work done.

There is a water hammer problem in my bathroom and kitchen mixer taps. Whenever I shut the mixer tap quickly, it leads to a bang sound. I purchased 4x 15mm thread Sioux Chief mini water arrestors and require them installed on 2x hot and 2x cold taps - see photos. I also have 4x 15mm thread female to female.

The tap is leakage two of them need to change the washer to stop the leakage

Seems the RCD circuit breaker trips ,fault seems with the front path light of the restaurant .need someone to fix it back to normal .
