AFTER STANDING FOR A FEW MONTHS WHEN RESTARTED IT LOOPS A MESSAGE STATING: PREPARING AUTOMATIC REPAIR” AM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN REPAIR AND SHOW ME HOW TO GET IT PAST THE “PREPARING AUTOMATIC REPAIR” MESSAGE IN CASE IT HAPPENS AGAIN. I AM LISTING THE START PRICE AT $5 AS I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT AN APPROPRIATE CHARGE IS. I WOULD APPRECIATE QUOTES TO DETERMINE IF IT IS WORTH REPAIRING. I CAN COME TO YOU WITH THE TABLET. I CAN’T SPEND TOO MUCH ON IT AS IT WAS ONLY WORTH $129 WHEN NEW.

Remove and dispose of 4-5 yucca stumps of various sizes. They have been cut back.

Had paintings hanging with command strips that unfortunately caused some damage to the paint upon removing. If someone can patch them up theres about 10 mini patches all up majority in main bedroom and 3 in kitchen. I tried to paint with a white pen over most of them to make them less noticeable for now.

There is no rear access, so could be tricky to take through the house. The house is tiled, so would be an easier clean than most. - All of the waste to be taken away. When the cold taps are opened, the pipes underneath the house (1960s on stumps), make a loud noise. I'm assuming some saddle mounts have come loose or something. Access to underneath from laundry manhole inside the house. Not sure if there is a side access gate on external wall (I'll check).
