Need basic wall repairs in a rental property bedroom: Multiple small anchor holes need filling One larger holes (approx 2-3 inch) requiring patching Window frame damage needs repair Paint touch ups after repairs Materials needed: spackling compound, sandpaper, paint (matching white walls). Must bring own tools and materials Job requires approximately 2-3 hours active work. Basic rental-standard finish is acceptable - doesn't need to be perfect.

I need someone to hang up a couple aquabumps photos on walls. They are large (1.7m wide). I have the aluminium rails to drill in to the wall for hanging.

My bathroom exhaust fan keeps blowing the fuse. It was installed in recent months and always made some noise. It is attached to the bathroom light. It has been blowing the fuse intermittently, when I switch the light/ exhaust fan on. If someone is willing to come this arvo, happy to pay more for a Sunday.
