Want the front yard steps tiled. As seen in the attached pictures there are four steps to be tiled The top step is 1.8m x 0.8 m and the rest of the steps are 1m x 0.8 m each. I will be providing the tiles, tile trim and the grout required.

I'm looking for a ballpark price to repair upstairs squeaking subfloor in 3 bedrooms. Rooms are approx 3.5 X 3.5m each.
