All the mixer taps in the apartment are really stiff and hard to control. The kitchen mixer tap is installed so that cold is to the back and hot is to the front. The shower head in the bathroom rotates but doesn't change the flow.

Hi there! We recently bought a robot vacuum cleaner, and it's having trouble climbing over the "bump" between the rooms of our apartment (as it's too high). We have a single fitting lighting circuit, connect to a pendant light in a room. The switch which also has a dimmer has blown two globes. We are unsure whether type of globe or if there is something wrong with the electrics. The globes work for a period of time, I feel like it’s when the dimmer is used it causes issues with the fitting. I have attached images of the globe used, pendant fitting and light switch.
