My power keeps tripping even with minimal things plugged in

I am essentially looking for a carpenter and a plumber. I want to replace my bathroom countertop and sink, the new countertop would need fixed in the same location as the current. The new sink would be installed in the same location as the current, I also need the cupboard below brought forward to match the washing machine. Ideally I’d like to keep the drainage under the sink exactly as it is now. I’d also like an open shelf installed above the mirror. I will source all the materials. Filling cracks and preparing for painting

Kitchen benchtops are sticky in places and need (I think) cleaning right back with meth spirits, then a light sand, fresh stain and a new coat of varnish. Could suit carpenter apprentice. Shower recess taps leaking when turned on. Shower recess taps are not sealed through the tile penetrations and need to be sealed to avoid water ingress into the wall cavity. Basin spout needs to be sealed at base to stop leakage. Flexible on time but sooner the better - thanks - Due date: Flexible
