Part of a timber fence with a gate attached is falling over. I just need it fixed enough to stand upright for property sale. Will probably require 2 x new posts to be concreted in behind the old posts and for the old posts to be attached unless there is a more cost effective solution. Removal of a rotten stump, part of which sits under a fence.
