I have the flooring, underlay, and tools. Just need someone handy. Floor surface is ready to go (ie no carpet to be removed etc), Not planning on doing the stairs. If you have experience removing skirting boards - we can do that too, or leave them be.

I just need LVT flooring laid in a 3.4m x 3.7m bedroom. I’ve ripped up the carpet and prepped the concrete floor. I have the floor boards. It is click together floating floor not glue down installation. There is a corner desk in the room, but I can help move it and move around. I can also help you lay the flooring if you need. I have the bottom installation sheets too.

Bamboo flooring has a couple of marks that need refinishing 1. heat from the fridge has led to a scorch mark (see image) 2. water marks in other areas from pot plants 3. scratched floor from a desk chair

This is just for 1 average sized bedroom. Summary of the jobs that need to be done: 1. Disassembly (partial) of bed and moved to another room - I will help with this 2. Removal and disposal of carpet and crap underneath, I can also help with this 3. Sanding and refinishing the floorboards and finding the correct stain and varnish to match the floorboards around the rest of the house. I will of course pay for the varnish and any materials needed for this. I also have random orbital sander if this helps. The part that I really need help with is refinishing the floorboards after the carpet is removed, and making sure the new varnish perfectly matches the other floorboards in the house.

We have old lino floors in our kitchen which we want to remove and get back to the wood floor underneath. There is a rubber underlay under the lino which is stuck down. We aren’t removing our kitchen cabinets etc, so it’s really only a 12-15m2 space that needs to be completed. The floor will need to be sanded and refinished. I’ve also included a picture of another room where we had the floor refinished. The wood in the kitchen is the same as this.
