Hi, I am looking for someone to inspect the floating floor boards that have been installed in my apartment 10 months ago. There was no scope for levelling off the floors when these floorboards were replaced (replaced due to water damage and covered by insurance). However there is sloping in areas: Requirements - Assess the quality of these installed floating floorboards - Check if the sloping falls within industry standards (if this exists). Any other direction here.

I have some water marks to remove from these floor boards (laminate that is made to look like timber)

Hi, Would you be able to fix my flooring this week, between 3-8 September. Location is apartment unit in Alexandria NSW 2015. Task budget is for labor only. Three areas to work, Photos attached. 1- Entrance Currently carpet tiles- Remove carpet tiles, install new underlay install 7mm laminate Fix up transition to carpet, on 2 sides, towards staircase and towards bedroom. Floor area approx 2.5x2.5m = 6.25 2- Kitchen Currently 7mm laminate - need to be replaced with similar Floor area approx 3x2m = 6 3- Hallway Currently 7mm laminate - need to be replace with similar Floor area approx 5x1.3m = 6.5 * Remove old flooring and cleanup after. I will supply 7mm laminate floorboard currently on special at Bunnings. I hope you can supply transition materials required to fix up area 1.

Fix door hinge as it doesn't automatically close - needs to be tightened. Also fix skirting board that has completely come off - needs to be glued

We waterproofed this courtyard a week ago but it failed as the screed hadn’t dried, waterproofing was out-of-date and we didn’t get the tiles down before it rained. Bunnings refunded me for the old waterproofing, but now I’m looking for a professional. Courtyard is approx. 22m2 I’ve scrapped the old waterproofing off and we’re ready to go again. Tiler is ready to return at the end of next week. If you quote let me know if this includes materials and whether you have a qualification. Let me know if you have questions too. Remove existing water damaged skirting board to apartment bedroom. Replace with similar (or as close as possible)profile pre-primed skirting. Appropriately mitre all joints and allow correct space for carpet to be placed beneath skirting. Appropriately join to door architraves. Approximate lengths/dimensions and photo of existing skirting attached. Experienced carpenters only. Remove all waste and clean up. Cost of new architrave will be separately reimbursed. - Due date: Before Friday, 17 November 2023

I am looking for a carpenter to install skirting boards for 3 bedrooms and the living area also, install door handles for the internal doors. I have the materials ready. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 21 October 2023

Install approx 16m2 Bamboo floating floorboards provided. Underlay provided also. Remove old floorboards and dispose. Room is 4m x 3.6m with one built in wardrobe. Optionally pick up the new floorboards and underlay from nearby Bunnings
