Recently had thick carpets installed upstairs. Turns out they're affecting the door movement. I have about 9 doors and 3 sliding doors that need to be planed/sanded to fit over the carpets. Extension part of the house has chipboard flooring we would like to get sanded down to the same level as our pinewood flooring. Size of area is 20sqm. Only sanding needed. No polishing required as we are going to put new floating floorboards on top. Would only need sanding to get everything levelled. Because at the moment, the chipboard is a few mm higher than the pinewood flooring. Looking to get it done by 1st week of May. Thank you.

We are looking to have a square area paved. We have large heavy tiles ready to go, and the area is relatively flat and we will provide sand to lay the pavers. These are 600mm pavers, and we need about 48 tiles laid.
