I have all the old skirting boards taken off need them reinstalled onto walls. Roughly 25 peices of various sizes. Skirting boards have old nails still on them. Will need liquid nails or similar and possibly some screws.

You will be required to lift, and remove carpet, and underlay remove stapels, remove any nails, and push down nails that are up. In purple is where it has to be pulled up. I can give a hand to move the furniture in lounge room. Thats all that would have to be moved

Require someone to remove and replace the floating flooring stair noses that have been chewed. We have enough pre-made for two stair nosings, but not all. We do have many spare floorboards that I believe they used to make the stair nosings with some timber for the lip that comes out. Located in Chermside.
