We’ve had a lot of tradespeople walking over our kitchen floorboards this year so we’d like them sanded back, filled, stained and varnished in Black Japan. The wood is pine. Approx 18 sqm. Happy to pay fair price to someone who knows what they’re doing! I will supply the stain and varnish but you’ll need to bring everything else :)

A stain has appeared at the edge of the main living area (polished concrete floors) and the bathroom. We need someone to provide a professional opinion on what caused the stain and to remove it

In the middle of a kitchen renovation. Kitchen has been removed. Timber floors have been sanded. We are increasing the refrigerator space larger that will now take space where existing cabinetry once was. This means the timber flooring requires to be extended out approximately 200 x 600mm. We are able to take flooring from another part of the kitchen with out affecting the new kitchen install. Require original flooring to be cut and matched / installed to extend refrigerator foot print. I’ve included 2 photos that show where the flooring can be taken from (on the corner) and the second photo shows where we need to increase the flooring space. I hope that makes sense. The timber flooring once relocated will require to be supported off a concrete floor, in line with the existing installation.

I need to have an area of my polished concrete floor cleaned. There is a residue left behind from a non-slip mat and I need somebody who can remove this without damaging the polished finish underneath. I am after a quote to supply and install the carpet in my two bedrooms that have not faired well through the toilet training stage of a new puppy. I will be able to remove the existing carpet myself. The current carpet is a wool blend, which seems to have superpowers in absorbing pee and maximising stain visibility. The ideal replacement carpet will be something a little more pet-friendly and can withstand my Vax carpet cleaner running over it should the offending puppy have accidents in the future.
