I've just purchased a small apartment. I require the carpet to be removed and disposed of. The space is roughly 21SQM across both rooms. I need a professional, especially as I'm having the room fully painted and I don't want to risk damage to the walls or skirting. There is currently no furniture, so it's ready to go but please note that the apartment is on the third floor so there's a few stairs. I'll bring the floorboards upstairs. We needed to cut up a section of a floorboard to do some work under the house and putting the floor boards back on we realised we need to reinforce one of the floor joist to support the floor boards back. Only one small section needs fixing in one room. So, will require bringing your own wood joist, cutting length to suit and then screwing it on to secure it to existing beams and putting the floor boards back on. It would be good if you can help to recork the boards as they go back on also. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 7 April 2023
