I need to fix a patch of burnt carpet. I don't have any spare carpet, nor can it be fetched anywhere from the apartment.

My owners corporation has asked me to get some quotes for a carpet replacement for the common area/lobby/stairway of our 3 storey brick building. 9 unit apartment complex. Currently has old carpet on stairway and vinyl tiles on ground floor. Looking to replace old carpet with carpet tiles and perhaps ceramic tiles on the side (as per example pictured). Perhaps hybrid flooring to cover the existing vinyl tiles on the ground floor, but open to suggestions. I am happy to organise materials so please let me know options for including and not including materials. Pictures attached include our current carpet (really old/worn) and an example of what I’d like to achieve (newer building I’ve been in recently). Remove carpet and install PVC vinyl flooring for a large commercial space roughly 280 square metre. Flooring will be provided. Just need labour.

Professional floor sander required to polish these boards (whole floorplan) good condition under carpet.

Hi I am looking to get laminate (hybrid) replaced in my apartment. It's an open-plan area covering a bit of kitchen and lounge combined, which is roughly 36-30msq. Disposal of old floor boards is also required. Flexible with dates, possibly in the next couple of weeks.

We have a roughly 3m stretch of carpet that we had to rip up during flooding which we need stretched and stapled along the wall edge.

We had to have the carpet pulled up in our front room and little robes for our builder to fix an issue under the floor. The carpet was rolled up for the job to be done as well as the underlay. Room is 3.7m x 3 m. The room is empty of all furniture Tack strips are still in place in some spots but may need new ones where they’ve been removed. We need someone to restretch the carpet back into place in the bedroom and small walk in robes and make sure it is professionally reinstalled.
