I have removed most of the existing laminate flooring, and have also moved most of the furniture from the rooms it should be possible to see everything required for the job. Our budget for the actual installation would be around $30sqm.

Laying new vinyl flooring in my kitchen. Most of the existing vinyl is there, but there are a couple of patches with missing pieces or tears so I suspect it needs a skim coat to even out. New vinyl is in squares. Floor space is 6.6sqm and you will need to move the oven to access beneath it (I can help). I've removed the old skirting already and will replace it with new once the vinyl is laid. Although, if you also install skirting, I'd be keen to get a quote for that too.
