I’d need help with polishing a 280 x 35 cm area of my wooden floor to match with the rest of the floor (per picture).

Seeking cost effective trustworthy carpenter to screw some squeaky floorboards into joists. See photos, i have pulled up the carpet and underlay in one room, and shall have the second room ready by the time of job. Sunroom is 2x3 metres and has one squeaky board. Main bedroom is 3x5 metres with multiple squeaky boards. Someone successfully fixed the squeaky boards in the living room last year with drill and screws, so I’m hoping same technique works in the other two rooms.

When the carpet was laid there was a slight bump but I didnt notice it at first. It kind of bothers me now. No idea what is under the carpet. Hello! Looking for a handy person who has done similar task before and knows how to best do this task. I would like to apply/change the vinyl on my kitchen bench! The current vinyl look is old, scratched and very ugly. I will purchase new Vinyl from Bunnings and remake the look of this kitchen. It’s a 2.5 meter bench with a sink in the middle so it can be a tricky one to apply with many corners as well. Anyone interested and has experience in this? We need floating wood floor (and underlay) removed and disposed of. Some of the flooring is salvageable (if you want it). Flooring should be easy to detach (it's lightweight - all click and lock not glued down). Pics attached. About 50-60m2. Need to be completed in the next week or so (can do weekends if needed).
