Hi, Wanting to install new cork flooring in a 90sqm apartment. Will need to apply to Strata - so insurance and licensing is needed. Cork Comes as tiles/pieces that are glued down and clipped together - similar to engineered timber floors. Current floor is tiles in living space and carpet in bedroom. Subfloor is concrete slab. Wanting to place ontop of tiles and remove carpet in bedroom.

i’m looking for a professional to lay a floor in coogee. entire unit approx 50sqm. vinyl and carpet need removing and floor will require some levelling. unit is on third floor walk up and there isn’t any parking on site. looking for quotes for an immediate start.

I need about 32 sqm of floating floorboards laid over the carpet underlay in the hall and lounge room of my place. The lounge is 20sqm (4mx5m), the hall is 12sqm (1m x 12m). They will also need edging done. I can help lay the boards as well- I have assisted before but I don't have the tools or precision to do the whole job myself.
