We have a 2 bedroom apartment, skirting boards are already off. Need to someone to cut and install new ones (glue on).

Old housemate has moved out and has left multiple stains on the carpet. Unsure what the stains are but appear to be soft glue/fake tan (see pictures). I have tried supermarket stain remover and no luck.

Hi, Wanting to install new cork flooring in a 90sqm apartment. Will need to apply to Strata - so insurance and licensing is needed. Polish the hardwood floor

I need new wool grey loop carpet in 2 bedrooms in Coogee before Wednesday. Would anyone be available to supply and install this by Wednesday this week? I don’t have the dimensions as I am at work but could add tonight. Approximately 4x 4mm each room.

Fit new skirting boards supplied (3 x 2.4 metres lengths). 2 of the walls will take 2 x 2.4 metres with no cutting required and then using 3rd length for making up difference in wall length and also fitting 3 x smaller return edges.

Need to repair a tear in a what’s a very poor quality carpet. It’s a rental and don’t want to lose our bond. Not sure if this is possible or what this would cost so happy to adjust price as needed. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 28 November 2023
