Sealing to be used and to be brought with, to seal the garden shed onto the concrete. Ideally looking for a person who will have Absco Sheds Concrete Anchors and Sealing. The shed to be setup followed by sealing and anchoring. Need to bring relevant tools as well. Pictures as provided.

2500 x 2100 Ceiling Cornice Needs paining in new bathroom.

We have a hole in the ceiling due to water leak. The water leak is now fixed so need to close the ceiling with patchwork and repaint. Or even install an access panel for future use. It is a 600x300 hole in the ceiling. Images attached for reference.

Looking for a carpenter or a an experienced handyman to replace the termite damage studs. There are five damage studs in the area, one is hidden behind the architrave, noggings and a small section of the damaged/rotted bottom plate will also have to replaced. I will need couple of extra studs in the same area for extra strength. Seeking a proper, high quality fix, which involves replacing the entire studs from the top to the bottom plates. The cornice, drywall will also need to be cut to access the top plate, which is okay. I would like the architrave and cornice to be put back or patched once the studs are replaced. I will handle the drywall and painting myself after the repair, so it is not required for this job. Thank you.
