i have a 2.7x2.7 double glazed sliding door frame (150kg ish) that i need to install in my backyard. need a big bloke ideally someone 6 to 7ft , 180kg+ to help me and 2 other blokes tilt the thing past my pergola & lift into position & hold it while we strap and tek it in place then give us a hand bringing a roof panel up to the top of the framing to bolt it all down easy money 30 min max

the ceiling fan's controls are broken and difficult to use when trying to adjust the fan's speed, and the fan has also started to make a noise that is consistent as it spins around.

There is a hole in the wall & I want to fix it

Definitely a leak in the master bed room shower which is causing water damage/mould to both sides of the wall ruining bottom skirting, plaster and celling seen from the other side of the shower

Need caulking done around beams to plaster and cornice and around skirting and archs

Manual roller shutter is jammed. Can’t roll up or down. Just stuck. There is no motor, rolling up and down is through handle. Has been previously repaired through opening the handle section

2 doors wouldn’t close due to house shifting. On a budget, give me your best price.

Change shower head to detachable one (has been bought), just need you to change it over. Requires appropriate tools and plumbers tape from you. Silicone and caulking is mouldy, if you know how to remove and replace I would be happy to negotiate payment to include both tasks
