Help me hang heavy mirror, perhaps 15kg, on plaster wall. Mirror has space for brackets on the back but we don’t have the attachments.

My front door is a sticky door. Very difficult to open/ close. And therefore very difficult to lock. Tried to loosen/tighten the hinge but either sticking the top or sticking the side. Need someone to do a proper adjustment and make it easy to open and close. Not sure if sanding is needed Will need quote for the task

Need a handyman to help with cutting and installing a canvas paper on a wall. The canvas roll measures 1850mm in width and 10m in length. However, I need only 4m length of the canvas. Hence, why I need help with the cutting. After the cutting session, I am hoping to get help with installing it to the wall. Since the paper is heavy, we will require a fastener that drilled into the wall itself to be able to hold the paper.
