I'd like to explore the cost of converting the space into a wet room, as my kids tend to splash a lot. Additionally, I want to enhance storage options. I’m considering a built-in bath with hidden shelves in the shower area and along the bath line. If we go with the wet room, I envision a glass shower that is as open as possible, featuring a large overhead shower head along with a smaller one for the kids. For the vanity, I’d like a mirror with surround lighting and storage behind it, including outlets for a hair dryer and shavers. While power is already available, it may need slight re-routing. Finally, I want the bath mixer mounted on the wall with a single mixer and a shower hose positioned out of reach of the kids.
