There's a small hole in the wall which needs to be fixed and patches up.

Roller blind needs to be repaired. Approx 2m length. Previously wasn't catching as it was pulled up or down. The blind itself has now detached from the tube as well.

The mirror is quite heavy so would need 2 people. The internal walls are brick so masonery drill bit needed and hammer drill.

Need all wood rot fixed around the roof. This is the worst section. Would probably need someone to come and quote to see the extent of what and where needs fixing. This is for my parents house in Altona

Install new passage latch (Lemaar 'Calida') into new solid core door panel (we will supply latch). 3. Hang new solid core door panel with quality long screws. Use existing hinges from old door. (we will supply door). 4. Complete installation for latch. 5. Check that everything lines up correctly. Job#2 This is for an 820 x 2040 x 35 door. 1. Remove existing door latch. 2. Replace with new Ikonic 'Isabella' passage latch (we will supply latch).
