Hi there, I’m looking for someone reliable and experienced to help with general property maintenance for residential houses. This will be an on-site role, and I’m ideally looking for someone who is hands-on and can manage a range of tasks including: Performing maintenance checks on the property (interior and exterior) Inspecting and testing appliances Checking house security access (locks, codes, etc.) Assembling furniture when needed Handling basic installations (e.g. wall-mounting TVs, setting up shelves) Coordinating with or finding the right vendors for any repair or service jobs beyond your scope Looking for someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and has a good eye for detail. Install an Ikea Wardobe - refer images. Cut out holes in rear of wardobe for existing power outlets to come through. Robe is approx 3.8 m wide x 2.4 m tall Items need to be moved from hallway to the room via hallway - approx 4m distance. You'll need to take extra care to not damage walls. IKEA code - TKJJR7

I am looking for somebody to install timber lattice/trellis like this one from Bunnings: "Lattice Makers 2400 x 600mm Treated Pine Lattice" (https://www.bunnings.com.au/lattice-makers-2400-x-600mm-treated-pine-lattice_p0362690). Please note I have not bought these already, I would like you to supply what you think would be the best fit. I would like these installed securely on top of my side fence, lining up with my back fence (to match the purple lines in the first photo). In total, the dimensions would be approximately 40cm x 800cm.

Need a retaining wall repaired

Wooden front door expanded and curved due to heat, making it extremely difficult to lock with thumb-turn latch from the inside or key from the outside. This is a recurring issue in summer for the past 12 years, but it is getting a lot worse now. Need an expert to come visit and assess the situation, and work out a solution, including the potential of replacing a new door or add a screendoor that can withstand direct harsh afternoon sun. Quoted price is for on-site inspection/assessment only, so we can work out a solution.

Dismantle and remove old broken hills hoist from backyard

Remove old Bradnam's sliding shower screen and replace with new screen. Old screen is 870 x 1845 - happy for suggestion on replacement hinge or sliding door.

Remove old wire and install new clothes line wire on hills hoist clothes line

Remove an 2 x old hinge with 1-2 rusty screws and help screw in the new hinges. I am happy to assist if needed

I need somebody who can fully attach the base of my floating shelf to the wall. At the moment it’s held up with 8 drywall plastic anchors, but right in the middle is a stud. I would need somebody who can drill through the metal base and into the stud of the wall. The shelf is not perpendicular or secure at the moment.

We had a someone remove our kitchen sink so the new benchtop could be installed. The sink is now back in its place and we just need water we to be connected again. We are not looking for any work to install a new sink, taps, equipment etc.

I needing to get a new benchtop installed due to damage in old one. I need a plumber to remove sink so the bench can be put in!
