Find an experienced handyman in Arncliffe

The lead light glass window on my front door has been broken due to the strong wind slamming the door shut. I would like it repaired if possible. I also have another plain glass window panel above the door in my hallway that has a hole in it due to my kids kicking a ball through it. I would like that replaced please.

I have a water leak from adjacent wall of bathroom shower. Shower has cracked tiles and missing grout along shower hob, deteriorated timber and mould under carpet leading to bathroom entry. It has been suggested that a cost effective solution would be to apply a new water barrier around shower perimeter, regrout shower and repair cracked tiles around hob. Mould under carpet needs also needs to be dealt with in as cost effective way as possible, please.

3. The washing machine cold water tap in the bathroom leaks from the turny-tap bit. I can't get a picture without getting water on the phone but I put a square around where I mean. 4. The light at the entrance doesn't work, I think it just needs a new bulb. 5. The window pane in the downstairs bedroom is coming off, this one is pretty urgent. I attached a video. It also won't stay open. 6. There's bulbs that don't work upstairs, one in the large bedroom and one above the stairs. Could we get them replaced? 7. A skirting board in the smaller upstairs bedroom is coming off the wall, I'm not sure why and I'm scared to look inside to be honest.
