Replace a weathered wooden frame around a round window on garage wall. Repair the door frame around a standard external door.

My door seal is cracked so have purchased a new one I just need someone to come out and install it/swap it over Bosch series 4 front loader

We have one door knob that needs to be replaced and two that need to be tightened. And one toilet roll holder that needs adjusting. I have the hardware for the replacement door handle. Needs to be finished by 6 pm on Friday night.

Broken spring wire on bottom of opening side

Door is difficult to close because it has moved slightly and the latch mechanism doesn't quite align with the strike plate. Fixing it may require moving/removal of strike plate but the strike plate screws are very tight.

We need to replace / patch three small areas of plaster. The first at our entryway; another powerpoint sized hole and the third a tidy if a poorly plastered wall. Need the job completed asap. Ideally this week but no later than Tuesday.

Repair/replace fly screen on sliding door

I need a kitchen tap fixed it keeps moving , a remote for air con fixed to wall - as it keeps falling off as screws have just made holes bigger. Cut garden hose in balcony so it just reaches plants and affix nozzle on securely.

The installation of a basketball backboard and bracket onto our garage wall. There will be another male here to help. The job is to drill, mount the bracket and backboard into location on the garage wall.

There is a small hole underneath the tv where an on wall speaker was removed. It needs replastering and painting.

Door to be reversed to open in opposite direction. Patch holes & paint. Patch holes/paint ceiling due to new light fitting (same room) Remove current and replace/build wooden awning and paint.

Need a handy man to come around for an hour or two and address general appearance repairs (silicone, spackling, etc) Putting house on market and just need to fill in some cracks and silicone and approve appearance. Request an hourly rate in your reply and we pay by the hours required. Ideally repair the trims by removing, butting a new piece and replacing. Hey guys, After the latest heavy rain we noticed a leak in our kids bedroom window dripping onto the window sill inside and damaging the paint and plaster. I also noticed water coming in through the ceiling in my garage and damaging the roof and paint. Hoping to get a handyman / plumber / roofing guru / property maintenance person to come and take a look and help us get to the bottom of the leaks and be our general handyman moving forward for other odd jobs.

I’m looking for someone to repair or replace two blades on my white wooden plantation shutters that my dog has chewed.
