I need the fly screen on this sliding door replaced. Looking for someone to come with materials to complete the job.

Door is difficult to close because it has moved slightly and the latch mechanism doesn't quite align with the strike plate. Fixing it may require moving/removal of strike plate but the strike plate screws are very tight.

We need to replace / patch three small areas of plaster. The first at our entryway; another powerpoint sized hole and the third a tidy if a poorly plastered wall. Need the job completed asap. Ideally this week but no later than Tuesday.

Hey guys, After the latest heavy rain we noticed a leak in our kids bedroom window dripping onto the window sill inside and damaging the paint and plaster. I also noticed water coming in through the ceiling in my garage and damaging the roof and paint. Hoping to get a handyman / plumber / roofing guru / property maintenance person to come and take a look and help us get to the bottom of the leaks and be our general handyman moving forward for other odd jobs.
