Hi, I have four pictures that need to be hung. They all need to go into brick walls and 1 in particular is very heavy, all of them are framed in glass so will need sturdy hooks (which I do not have so require the person doing the job to supply the hooks.) Three of the pictures will only require 1 sturdy hook each while the last one may need to as it is the heavy piece and is long and landscape.

Need a bricky to relay some brick which have fallen off the top of the single garage. Around 80 bricks and 4 or 5 course high Only bricks will be supplied .

We have an aluminium stacker door we need installed. The wall will need to be cut to ise as there is no opening, however it is an internal wall with polystyrene cladding on the outside, not brick.

Need hole in the wall as per the picture repaired. Damage is in a rental, so required for end of lease

Replacement of existing damaged external door (2Nos) with new Duracote Flush Solidcore. New door will need to be cut to suit existing door frame opening. Door, lock, hinges will be provided by owner.

Plaster where the old wall heater used to be. Patch up a few holes and replace laundry space.

Hi there, we would need a roof specialist/handy man to install bird/pigeon spike on top of our roof, 2 small areas as indicated in the photos. Roof can be accessed via garage laneway. We already have the spike assembled, just need someone to install them. Cheers.

I need a sliding door wardrobe fixed. The wardrobe itself is from the 1970’s and the rollers on the bottom seem to be broken and the door has dropped from the top runner and won’t slide smoothly. I also need a towel rail reattached to a wall with liquid nails and silicon to seal it against the wall.

I need a couch taken onto the nature strip, a couple of smoke alarms screwed back into the wall and a towel hook screwed back onto the door. We have lost the old screws for the towel rack and one smoke alarm so will need to provided yourself. I need it done before 4pm today please. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 31 January 2024
