Hi there We need help to fix this wooden outdoor bench seat. The seat collapsed this morning as timber support structure has rotted with age. Timber palings have dropped down, creating an opening. Nails exposed. Need a reliable budget work as this place is currently being tenanted Please see attached photos.

Bedroom Wardrobe sliding door has come off the rails. One of the panel of the sliding door has tilted and cannot be moved. We have the hinges that have fallen off. This sliding door with 2 panels needs to be fixed.

One of our bedrooms has a wardrobe whose doors have com off. The doors are the typical sliding door seen in newer builds. Some of the screws fallen off and both doors are now not usable.

Remove existing silicone which is mouldy and recaulk showerbase. Size is 105cm x 75cm. 2 ides are tiled walls and other 2 sids are shower frame.

UPDATE - I have picked up new doors from Bunnings. The doors do not require painting as the owner will paint the entire property before selling. They are both hollow core doors and the measurements are: Garage Door 37mm 2032mm 820mm Bedroom Door 33mm 2039mm 820mm I presume that I would need to get doors that are 40 x 2030 x 820 size for the garage and a 35 x 2040 x 820 for the bedroom.

The bracket that holds the shower head in place doesn’t work anymore. And it can’t be tightened.

A flyscreen of a window came loose. Just need to fasten it. Bolts are still there. Pls see pics. (Sticky tape is the temporary solution.. pls take the tape off after fastening). Great if you can provide an invoice.
