Key release function on an iView intercom system is not releasing the front gate lock. Doorbell works fine but no image is displayed on the internal screen showing who the visitor is. Carpenter (repair) Needed - Have existing rotting timber (double door) with single glass in each installed, it has rotten lower section. Needs a cut and paste or fill repair. Some rotting on door frame bottom and timber base (foot) will need a cleanup, fill, sand and prime. - Have paint and primer, filler needs to be supplied. Need to make good again and sturdy (waterproofed) and doors operational. Need to also install fixed awning on the outside to prevent further future damage to the door. (the fixed awning cost will be additional to door repair) Flexible on the date-subject to weather. Tthe beige door in the pic is the door with rot, inside picture of rotting to be fixed. Canopy picture is just for suggestion. Previous repair attempted but not completed. Pls ask if you have any questions or need more pics.

I have 2 garden sheds that require assembling. The first one is mostly assembled, but the double doors need to be fitted as the friend who assembled the rest of it was unable to complete it. The second one is in a flat pack package. It either needs to be assembled around the dog bath (under the tarp), or it needs to be assembled then lifted over the dog bath. This shed is 2.105 x 1.07m. I am generally flexible in terms of when someone can come and do the job as I can work from home.
