I have a rental property in Broadmeadows that requires a few maintenance tasks 1. The toilet sliding door is not functioning properly and gets stuck. 2. Bedroom 2 - tenants have stored the door handle as it kept falling off. 3. Main staircase light is not functioning and needs to be replaced as tenants cannot access that area. 4. Main bathroom exhaust fan does not seem to be working properly as there seems to be constant mould on ceiling. I need a skilled handyman to assist with a small woodwork and drilling job. You will need to drill 6 coach screws: -2 screws into the wall (plasterboard) -4 screws into the floor (wood) You will also also need to enter the subfloor and screw two 1m pieces of wood into the floor (which you provide), to provide a base for the four screws. I will provide the coach screws, but you will need to bring your own tools, including a drill and a saw, as well as provide the two pieces of wood. Please make sure you're skilled in woodwork and have experience in drilling into wood, and can cut wood accurately. You will need to go under the house to affix and screw two pieces of wood to the floorboard.
