Sink and water plumbing...need to fix new pipe from existing outlet and hot water to new sink

Seeking experienced handy person. This is the first of many jobs to come. Initially I require installation of new timber venetians in dining room and faux timber venetians in bathroom. They will need to be mounted on top aspect of window frame (as opposed to inset). You will need to have a good eye for measuring out small gaps in between the blinds as they are not custom made. Also need broken Luxaflex blind from reading room removed. Open to online quotation or site visit if preferred.

Remove old sink and mixer, cut shape in bench top for new sink, fit and seal new sink and mixer. Requires cabinet maker or carpenter. New sink will fit but requires exactness for carpentry. Also would like to re oil benchtop as it is done. I am open to whether you or I do this prior to reinsertion of sink. Site quotation preferred however open to initial quotes via platform.

Hello, I am seeking a general handy person for some small tasks. I am requesting that you have all of the items needed to get the jobs done. (1) I have some pavers at the front of the house that are coming off and need to be reattached. There are about four cement pavers that need to be secured. (2) I have water leaking from the shower due to an issue with the seal at the base of the shower door. Water leaks from door and onto the floor. (3) I have 8 paintings/pictures that need hangings. one of the paintings needs an extra strength and one other that needs a double hook but the rest are normal picture hangings.
