A handle has come off the bedroom door, and there is a loose towel rail in the bathroom that needs tightening. I need to tighten the towel rail and refit the bedroom door handle. Also, check and tighten the other two bedroom doors if required.

Mould in Bathroom ceiling: previously had roof leak but it was repaired. Ceiling needs to be repainted with mould killer. Towel Hanger in Bathroom: need replacement. New tower hanger to be provided by me. Guest Bedroom Wall Repair: There is a small hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms that needs Carpet: some areas have nail shown, need to be fixed. Two trees in the front yard needs to be trimmed to below 1 metre. Side Gate Lock: needs to be repaired/ re-drilled

There are three small burns on the carpet, and I need someone who can color match and repair it. The damaged area has faded over time, so using pieces from the cupboard won’t be a good match.

I had my letterbox damaged recently and it needs to be replaced with the new one. The concrete base is still there and would need to removed to put new concrete base. I have bought freestanding one from Bunnings that would need to be installed. Pics attached. Note: Bunnings provide installation offer for $99 but as part of their contract with their subbie, they do not remove concrete etc. Therefore, please be reasonable with your offer so it is mutually beneficial. I can dispose the concrete and the damaged letterbox so please don't include it in your offer.

We have purchased a set of custom-sized smart shades that we would like to have professionally installed in our home as we don’t want to risk any damage doing it ourselves.
