Frame new wall to close the old door way. Please bring some timber for your jobs need and make things lineup for plasering later. Please note: We are also need : -plastering 2 bathroom wall, kitchen walls -patch up holes after new electrical items upgraded - repair or replace cracks plasterboard if have to on walls and ceiling -replace some part of cornices in the kitchen -remove and replace new skirting - get everything ready for painting house interior and exterior -install new hydrid floor board. House is small front unit, however layout has 3 beds and 2 baths. All of these jobs will be organised later on the date. Hope i can find right person for the task post and the rest of the jobs .
