I need some roof maintenance completed on a small section of roof. High set residence at Camp Hill. Extension ladder required.The following has been requested prior to an internal insurance repair being completed. We recommend the apron flashing which connects to the house weatherboard wall cladding is completely resealed to prevent water entering between the back of the flashing and theweatherboard cladding 2. To successfully seal the flashing we recommend the deteriorated sealant is removed from the top of the apron flashing and under the weatherboard. 3. We recommend the back of the flashing between the weatherboard and flashing is sealed in a continuous bead prior to re-securing the flashing against the weatherboard cladding 4. We recommend the resealed flashing is then over sealed at the top edge of the apron flashing against the weatherboard
