Hi there, I am moving into a new apartment soon. I need an expert tradie who can safely and efficiently remove the existing built-in unit and shelves (see attached picture with black markups), minimising damage to the drywall or wall behind them. The whole wall appears to be constructed of a combination of wood and possibly cabinetry panels sitting on brick or drywall. Also a faux marble splashback seems to have been glued to the wall behind the TV (this will have to come off too) I appreciate that following dismantle there might be some holes/cracks/damage. The successful candidate will have to be able to repair any holes/cracks/damage to the wall appropriately, sand and prime the repaired areas ready to be painted.
