Find an experienced handyman in Caulfield South

I’d like to hang a 4 kg pot from my bathroom ceiling. I don’t think there is a ceiling joist in the area I’d like to hang it. I think it is too heavy for the plasterboard support on its own, so it will need a small bit of bracing in the roof.

Wooden cubby house is 2400 x 1709(door side) Made out of fence pales, corrugated roof and pine support strucutre. Estimated weight 120-150kg. Need cubby house demolished and removed off site as bloked light to bottom of trees and dont want them to die and they are struggling at the moment.

There is a small breakage in the plaster that is like repaied in 2 locations. Also slight fixes near the window seal.

It will be attached to the existing frame. It is approx. 120cm wide and weighs about 18 kg. The ring can be lowered to about 150cm and I will be available to help with the lifting.

The security door is still on, but has broken off some of its hinges, mainly on top. I think new holes will have to be drilled to secure it back to the frame. This job is a bit trickier than it seems, someone with experience with security doors or carpentry would be needed.

Bedroom doorknob tongue/latch does not go in all the way when turning knob, and I can’t leave the door closed because it’ll get stuck and I won’t be able to open afterwards. Need someone with experience to help fix this.

Hi there, I am moving into a new apartment soon. I need an expert tradie who can safely and efficiently remove the existing built-in unit and shelves (see attached picture with black markups), minimising damage to the drywall or wall behind them. The whole wall appears to be constructed of a combination of wood and possibly cabinetry panels sitting on brick or drywall. Also a faux marble splashback seems to have been glued to the wall behind the TV (this will have to come off too) I appreciate that following dismantle there might be some holes/cracks/damage. The successful candidate will have to be able to repair any holes/cracks/damage to the wall appropriately, sand and prime the repaired areas ready to be painted.
