Install new solid timber door, door jam, architrave, lock, door handle & hinges. Remove existing door and jam. All materials supplied including new door. You will be required to cut down door jam timber to size.

To replace the flyscreen net of 2 windows. Window screen mesh and small tool used will be supplied. Just need someone to take out the window mesh, replace it and install it back. For someone who knows how to do it, it can be done within 20 minutes for 2 windows. Prefer someone who can come around 12pm (11:30pm to 13:00pm) on the 14th of December 2024. 3 wooden fence poles have come off the metal brace so I need them re drilled on.

I have a single layer brick panel, 90cm x 30cm above an exterior door from garage to outside. Years of a heavy metal door slamming shut seems to have dislodged the mortar on most of the bricks. Surrounding brickwork is fine so I don’t think it’s a foundation issue. Task is to take down the brick panel, salvaging the bricks and replacing the mortar.

Repair a few holes in brickwork where we've removed pipes etc. Finish brickwork around where we've had double doors installed. We have a fair few spare bricks that might be suitable.
