Hi, I need a mechanic with experience fitting arb bp51 front suspension to a 2019 200 series landcruiser Sahara. I need the front suspension raised slightly which just requires some adjustment of the front coil overs. I have discussed with arb but they are booked out until well into the new year. I need someone with experience with the arb gear and kdss if we run into any problems.

I’m looking for someone to add a downpipe into the existing gutter above my bay window. This gutter doesnt have a downpipe and overflows in the rain. I’d like a 100mm downpipe added at the yellow line and secured to the weatherboard. The downpipe can drain into an existing large stormwater drain that runs behind the cladding under the bay window (the red line). I don’t have a ladder that will reach the required height, so you will need to bring one along. I can offer words of encouragement and plenty of coffee instead.

Looking for a plasterer to fix multiple holes in the wall throughout the apartment from previous tenants kids. Roughly 12-14 holes ranging in size. And some small nicks. One hole is close to ground level. 2 holes are small but on doors. Uploading as many pics as possible but 10 is the max allowed to upload. Painting not required. Just fixing and buffering. Looking to have someone remove and dispose of 6 crank handled roller shutter blinds on the outside of my apartment on level 2. They’re crank handle controlled from the inside by a wire. 2 are on the front of the building, 4 are on the sides with part of them under the eves. It looks like part of the concrete board might need to be removed to access the roller mechanisms on those 4. 1 of the four is on the balcony which should be easier to access. Please ask me any questions you might have. I have circled the roller shutters in each photo to show you where they are.

The sliding door to the bathroom has come off it’s hinge and the hinge is broke , so the door cannot be closed or opened properly.
