I am seeking a quote to assemble/install a wall-mounted Pergolux 3m x 6m Vergola at my house in Cottesloe. The Pergolux Vergola kit will be supplied by me, which includes all anchors, mountings and fittings. The concrete deck/ base is already in place. Please advise if you are available for this job and if so, please provide a quote. The manufacturers estimated installation time is 3-5 hours for 2 people (non-trade). There is no cutting involved: but holes would need to drilled in brick and concrete.

We have a water feature/fishpond that seems to empty unusually quickly. Not sure whether the leak is in the horizontal water feature or in the pond below. We think it is from the wall feature. We need it repaired. Happy tp replace old stone on wall if necessary

We have purchased a illusion gas log fireplace. We need a frame built and clad in gyprock and the fireplace installed in the frame

Two metal shutters are permanently closed upstairs/not working. We are keen to get them opened/fixed (if fix is easy, otherwise just permanently opened). The bottom of the shutters is apx 3m above the driveway, so a mobile scaffold may be required. Shutters around around 90cm wide, 180cm apart from each other. We are flexible around dates, but ideally some weekend.

Skylight is leaking in kitchen. Likely just a reseal we have some materials but best to supply them and include in quote. Aiming for repair to be approximately $350. I have a wooden King Sized bed and the bracket on one corner at the end of the bed has broken/sheared off so that the bed end is not connected to to bed frame on one side - the bracket needs fixing, and to secure the bed going forward I want to have an L shaped bracket fitted under each corner to make it strong so the bed won’t break again on any corner. To be clear, the points to be secured are where the bed end and bed head connect to the frame…at those points I want the L brackets fitted. Not a particularly difficult job but someone with woodwork skills to do it properly would be great.

We have a boxing bag wall bracket that needs to be hung (to a masonry wall), and a speed bag set that needs to be constructed and hung to the same masonry wall. There is also a mirror that needs to be re-hung to the masonry wall. You will need to bring masonry drill, screws and masonry wall plugs (large screws are needed for affixing this heavy equipment). We have screws for the mirror as it was previously wall hung on the same wall. Ideally job to be completed today (Friday) or tomorrow (sat).
