Find an experienced handyman in Cottesloe

After taking a shelve from the wall I am looking someone to even out the wall.The main holes have already been fixed.

Damage to bedroom ceiling from rain water leak. Needs repair. I would like the damage repaired ready for painting including any sanding. Work needs to be done on a Friday or weekend when I am at home. Access is easy. You will need to make sure area is kept clean with cover sheets etc.

Erect lattice fence extension to the top of existing pinelap fence to increase security and height. No more than 20 meters in length. Latticing will be supplied. Need tools and any equipment to carry out the job.

Pull up bar that needs mounting. Friend who tried to install snapped a bolt inside of previous hole which was not lined up correctly. So bar will probably need real lining and previous holes filled in slightly if possible

We have some wooden weatherboards that off fallen off near the roof/front facade of the house. Would need fixing and revarnishing painting. Would need to have a look and quote and provide pricing.

Plain and repaint ensuite and WIR door that are not closing potentially due to expansion from water

I need a reliable handyman to do some odd jobs at a number of properties I manage in Cottesloe. Examples: 1. Sand and re oil pool deck 2. Attach new magnet to Venetian blinds 3. Re render a wall 4. Patch cladding (white wall in photos below) 5. Re silicon bathrooms and kitchen.

Old style flyscreens need to be replaced and fixed. At least 10 windows, 5 rooms.

We have a small amount of mould build up on the roof of our bathroom and a small amount on the wall of a bedroom that needs to be removed. You will require your own ladder and cleaning kit

Our outdoor area is old and shade is falling through. We want to get it water proof but as we will be building at some point we just want a quick job to get use through a winter or 2.

Hanging sheer ikea curtains over 3 sets of glass French doors . Please have experience. Just need the ikea rods put up really well eg. Straight, tidy etc. Please have your own drill and equipment , step ladder etc .
