My electric roller shutter stops on the track half way while closing/opening. The motor runs, but the shutter doesn't move. Seems like the shutter is not catching properly on the motor belt.

I was wrongly advised that mothballs would repel rats from my ceiling. My handyman spread about 130 for me but they have created a problem in the house because of the smell and have not deterred the rats. My handyman came back and removed roughly half but I want the rest removed too. It is a tricky job because there is thick fibre glass insulation, the space is small, and so it’s a matter of crawling across the beams to find the mothballs around the perimeter of the roof space. Care needs to be taken not to accidentally put a foot through the ceiling. I need a smallish, agile person who is very thorough to find the remaining 65 mothballs. A head torch, poisonous-gas-type mask kneepads, gloves and protective clothing would be needed. I would like this done as soon as possible.
