We have an ancient 60gallon hot water tank in the roof cavity. After removing plasterboard walls and ceiling, we need it lowered and removed to we can continue with altering walls. Unfortunately we need this gone pretty quickly (ideally Wednesday the 12th)

Need to fix the hole with Yellow Tongue (flooring), and then put Cement Sheet down over the top. Approx 12 square metres. Tiles and Cabinetry will be installed over the top. The materials have to be purchased.
