My wardrobe needs repairs. It's coming out of the track, so probably need new wheels. The glass is also seperating form the frame, so will need to attach back and there is a framing issue. There is a big gap on the sides when the doors are closed. Please see the photos attached.

Need these parts changed on an already assembled bunk bed. The Rack on bottom left of image is just a small shelf approx 30cm in length (shown in yellow on 2nd image) The other red highlighted parts are the main parts to change as remove and replace. The parts do not need to be sourced, they are with the bed ready to be changed. The whole bunk won't need to be dismantled, the bunk separates into 2 single beds (at the green circled points) and only the top bunk needs 2 parts changed. The 2 parts to change are here with the red lines, the ladder will probably have to come off and 1 or 2 legs depending how much flexibility it has to open up and remove/replace those 2 pieces

Removing the damaged portion and Filling the gaps behind the toilet wall and patching up the bottom end of the wall behind Installing new wash basin with the same measurement ( according to the availability of stud screwing and water points ) Replacing new basin tap chrome finish Floor Tiling - Installing new design white semi gloss / Matt finish tiles 600x600 with minimal gap. around 20 sqmeters of tiling required. Caulking all round the toilets , basins , toilet suits.

Repair architrave (see picture) Install picture rails on walls in loungeroom, bedroom. Please note walls are solid concrete where picture rails are to be installed. Price negotiable, haven't measured walls yet to see how much rail is needed. Potential work to repair or reinstall built in wardrobe also. Only looking for quote for this pay off the work.
